ALICE is going to have a summer holiday, and the Health Connections Kiosks will return every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from Monday 19 January, open hours are 9am to 12 pm.
It is recommended that people make a prior booking for appointments by email to [email protected] or by phone on 0477 752 365.
I’d like to thank the Mountains community for their warm welcome this year, and for the support they have provided to assist me to find my feet and get involved in community activities to find out how the ALICE program can help older people in the area to remain healthy, happy and independent living in their homes.
