Kudos to Council Maintenance Crews

Thanks to the efforts of Council Work Crews, the roadsides in the district are looking clean and fresh again.

After years of neglect while the Council was under administration, maintenance work on the road shoulders, drains and culverts has resumed.

The restoration of staffing levels at the local work depots and replacement of machinery sold while under administration will reduce travelling time ensuring council resources are used more efficiently, providing better value for each ratepayer’s dollar.
