We will be holding a number of workshops during the second week of the April school holidays.
Waterbug workshops: Join Central Coast Platypus Watch and the Waterwatch team to catch, identify and discover the amazing waterbugs that live in our waterways. Learn about the fascinating world of waterbugs — a favourite food for the platypus. A morning (10am-12pm) and afternoon session (1pm-3pm) will be held across three locations on the Central Coast. Participants will receive a free waterbug kit to take home. Bookings open Tuesday 10th March. Bookings essential cen.org.au/events

Kids in the Nursery: Join CEN’s Landcare Officer and Wildplant Nursery Team for a hands-on morning at the CEN’s Wildplant Native Nursery in Ourimbah this school holidays. Kids can have a fun morning sowing native seeds, potting up seedlings, and planting out the stock planter beds.
