Fairview is a heritage-listed traditional homestead at Dubbo Gully. It is well known for its magnificent setting and the central role it played in the life of the Mangrove Creek community and the Central Coast for over 100 years.

The Fairview Homestead Association is organising car excursions to Fairview in 2026, starting on Easter Sunday (Apr 5). We will be stopping at historically significant sites along the way, including the site of “Williams Farm”, James Everingham’s “Red House Farm” and St. Thomas’ Cemetery. Fairview and Dubbo Gully are rich in history and heritage. Join us for a fabulous day to share tales of settlement, survival, secrets and skulduggery.

We plan to run 4WD car excursions to Fairview Homestead from Mangrove Mountain on: Sunday Apr 5th (Easter Sunday), Sunday May 17th, Sunday June 7th.

Our objective is to save Fairview from ‘demolition by neglect’ and to work with Council to find a meaningful purpose for Fairview. We want to see the Homestead protected and restored, to showcase the historical and cultural significance of the Mangrove Creek community and to preserve that heritage for future generations.

Please sign the petition (scan the QR Code) and support the ‘Friends of Fairview’.

Numbers on each trip are strictly limited. For details and to book a place, please email Donna at [email protected] — come and join us.
