Riding for the Disabled Central Coast Centre Inc. is holding an Open Day and Sale.
When: Sunday 26th July, 10am – 4pm
Where: Kangoo Road, Somersby (corner of Frank Rd)
To purchase all things horsey! A fantastic selection of quality donated equestrian goods at bargain prices — rugs, saddle cloths, bridles, saddles, lungeing, whips, tack and riding clothing. As well as being a great day out, we will also have sausage sandwiches, drinks, tea & coffee, cakes and plants available at bargain prices. Tours of our centre will be available where you can meet our wonderful horses. There is plenty of on-site parking, with most of the site being disability accessible.
Over the last 47 years our centre has benefited from the incredible support and generosity of our wonderful volunteers, horse sponsors and the many big-hearted and hard-working local service organisations that have assisted us along the way. We are also fortunate to receive donations of horse gear and riding equipment. From time to time, however, the amount of donated equipment exceeds our needs, so we are holding this Open Day and Sale. Proceeds from the sale will help to cover essential expenses such as horse feed, veterinary care and other operating costs.
Like so many truly wonderful not-for-profit charities on the Coast, we are also very grateful to receive tax-deductible donations of $2 or more if you are unable to attend our Open Day. These donations help us to continue to provide therapeutic horse-riding programs for people with disabilities across the Central Coast.
