Further to the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting previously issued to members, the Club wishes to advise members of the nomination process for the election of the Committee for the 2026/2027 season.
Committee Nominations
The Club extends its sincere thanks to all current Committee members for their commitment, contribution and voluntary service over the past 12 months. The strength of our Club relies on the involvement of our members and broader community, and we warmly invite new and existing members to consider becoming involved and contributing their skills, experience and ideas to the Club.
Nominations for election to the Committee must be submitted in writing by email to: secretarymdfc@proton.me
Nominations must be received by Tuesday November 10. All nominations must include the nominee’s name, position nominated for, proposer and the nominee’s acceptance.
The election of the Committee will take place at the 2026 Annual General Meeting:
