MEPCC — Mangrove Emergency Planning and Communications Committee Meeting & AGM

The MEPCC AGM was held on 4th September in the Union Church Hall.

The meeting was well attended with 16 persons present.

Committee positions were filled as follows:

Issues discussed included:

• The need to conduct all areas training on the emergency communications CB radio network
• Share limited participant details among CB network participants
• Build procedures around FFU use & liaison with local RFS brigades
• Work with Council to develop resilience plans
• Need to meet with representatives from all communities
