Ever since international Blues, Rock and disco funk soul sensation, Z-Star, first toured Australia, they’ve had a soft spot for our historic Mangrove Mountain Hall, returning to perform on each tour, at times travelling for many hours from their last festival or show to light up the Blues on the Mountain stage with their incredible high energy show! And we can’t wait to have them back, with the amazing Lecia Louise on Saturday the 9th of May!

After receiving rave reviews around the world, including from Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page, and performing at the world-famous Glastonbury Music festival twice, Z-STAR are bringing their electrifying live show back to the historic Mangrove Mountain Hall on Saturday the 9th of May.
Z-STAR’s high octane live shows have lit up stages worldwide with performances at legendary festivals and venues including Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, The Great Escape, Standon Calling, Brighton Fringe Festival, Dingwalls, Caloundra Music Festival, MTV Live, Port Fairy Folk Festival and Blue Mountains Music Festival.
Lecia Louise
Lecia Louise demands attention with her soaring, bluesin’ rockin’ guitar riffs and licks. A guitar virtuoso and diverse songwriter, Lecia effortlessly moves through the styles of rock, pop, groove and blues.
For this special show, Z-Star’s powerhouse rhythm section, featuring Beck Flatt on drums, will join Lecia Louise on stage for a Blues/rock experience not to be missed!
Blues on the Mountain is an all ages family friendly event. Great food will be available to purchase, BYO snacks and drinks. Doors open at 6pm.
