With the Annual Fair only 3 months away the Management Committee, Community Groups and Volunteers are busy preparing for the big day.
Next Meeting: Thursday 17th July 7pm at The Union Church Hall — all welcome.
Food Co-ordinator/s: We are currently seeking volunteers to liaise with the management committee to assist with the food for the day and distribution of food items to all stalls. All food items are ordered prior to the Fair and simply need to be distributed to stall holders and volunteers the day before and on the day.
Coffee Helpers: We are also looking for a few volunteers to assist with the coffee stall on the day. This is a very popular stall on the day and we would love your help (even for a hour).

Grant Requests Due: Grant requests are due to be submitted by email prior to 5pm on 21st August. You will also need to attend in person at either our upcoming July meeting on Thursday 17th July or our August meeting Thursday 21st August both at 7pm at The Union Church Hall. We look forward to receiving grants this year to distribute funds to our local community.
