Mountain Jam Youth Space

Mountain Jam is on this Friday, June 19, from 3:30 to 6pm at Mangrove Mountain Hall — food’s on us!
Ready to shape YOUR hangout? If you’re 13–18 and live in the District, this is your shot to help design the creative space you actually want.
This isn’t just dropping ideas in a box — you’ll be face-to-face with the Council Youth team, making real decisions about what your space looks like, what you can do there, and why you’ll actually want to stick around.
So bring your friends, your vibe and your ideas for a new creative project. Council staff will be there to listen — and to make it happen.
Got an instrument? Bring it along! We’ll have some amps and speakers ready, so you can jump in and play. See you there!
