Council has released four substantial plans: The Draft Delivery Program 2025-29, Operational Plan 2026-27, Fees and Charges 2026-27 and updated Long Term Financial Plan and they are now on public exhibition at https://www.yourvoiceourcoast.com/draft-delivery-program-operational-plan-and-budget .

They have a very significant impact on the Coast and the ratepayers:

• There are various scenarios outlined, including some which include permanent large increases to the rates
• Programs that determine the level of various essential services
• Distribution of services and resources across the region
• Proposed charges and fees

As usual, there is not much time to examine the documents properly and submit a thoughtful response but please make the effort as the impacts are long term and significant.
