Increase in CC water rates – we have by COB 14 April 2022 to object

If you live in the Central Coast Council area, you have to the end of day tomorrow to put in a submission to object to an increase in your Water Bill.

This year’s proposal (in March) was for a 69% increase (for typical bills) which was reduced to about 19% on the 1st July 2022 and then by 4% each year (before inflation).

How would we survive if every bill was put up by an average of 19%, they should not be allowed to get away with this.
